Polyetheretherketone PEEK 90G high-performance thermoplastic material, unreinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK), semi-crystalline, deep filtration granules for injection molding, very easy flow, compliant with FDA food contact standards, natural/beige color.

VICTREX PEEK polymers can be processed using conventional thermoplastic processing equipment. We offer filled and unfilled products in pellet, powder, or ultrafine powder forms. Among these, pellets are typically recommended for injection molding, extrusion, monofilament, and wire coating processes; powder is used for compression molding, while ultrafine powder is often used for spraying and composite prepreg production.

Most standard reciprocating screw injection molding machines can process filled and unfilled VICTREX PEEK products. Complex high-performance parts can be mass-produced without annealing or traditional machining processes. Victrex technical experts can assist with design and process variables such as machine design, barrel capacity, screw and mold design, and gate design.

VICTREX PEEK thermoplastics can be used for extrusion processes, including wire coating, profile extrusion, film, tubing, sheet, and monofilament production. Various filled and unfilled PEEK products can be easily extruded using conventional melt processing techniques.
